VectorVMS’ Taylor Ramchandani Recognized in SIA’s ‘40 Under 40’ List

RALEIGH, NC– May 27, 2020 VectorVMS’ Product Manager, Taylor Ramchandani, has been recognized as part of a rising group of leaders making their mark on the workforce solutions industry as trailblazers and innovators.

Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA), the global advisor on staffing and workforce solutions, has unveiled its fourth annual ’40 Under 40′ list.

SIA says this list recognizes that “in varied roles across the industry landscape, these 40 individuals are striking in their commitment to putting people first, to building community through their passion, integrity, creativity and perseverance. The list is not a ranking but a recognition of professionals from companies operating in the US who stand out as future industry leaders and through their efforts to elevate the ecosystem.”

Tayor joined VectorVMS in 2016, and in 2019 led two major projects to reshape the company’s offerings: the introduction of a mobile app for client managers to complete actions on the go, and the implementation of web content accessibility guidelines into the tool.

“We went through an extensive process to ensure that all users, regardless of how they need to access the technology, can utilize it with ease. To VectorVMS and our clients, this has been an item of importance for many years,” Taylor said.

“I am honored to be included in this year’s report with so many other great individuals”, continued Taylor. “I feel it is a reflection of all the hard work my team and I have put in and it is a great acknowledgment of the effort the brand has done to stay ahead of the curve and meet our users’ needs.”
