  • Implementation support and capability
  • Quality and responsiveness of technical support

In addition, VectorVMS earned “Strong” ratings in 15 of the other 18 aspects, further demonstrating the VMS’s strength and reliability.

VectorVMS also shone in the supplier perception survey, where it garnered “Superior” scores in three critical areas:

  • Process for resetting both internal and candidate passwords
  • Process for submitting candidates and managing the onboarding/offboarding workflow
